We want you to love your VoltLine purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’re happy to provide a full refund on items that are unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must arrive at our return center within 50 days of the purchase date to qualify for a refund.

A trackable return label is required to ensure safe delivery.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If we provide the return label, the cost will be deducted from your refund.

Items must be brand new, unopened, and include the original barcode sticker and packaging to be eligible.
All returns are inspected by our team to confirm that products meet these conditions. Refunds will be issued only to your original payment method once approved.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ve got you covered. Please email support@shopvoltline.com with your order ID and details of the issue (photos may be requested). We’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
Free Items
Free promotional items (e.g., gifts with purchase) are non-refundable and non-replaceable. If you return an order that included a free item, the refund amount may be adjusted. Please contact us for details regarding your situation.
